The MessageXchange.com service consists of Processing Services and Developer Services. The Processing Services host the business transactions and processes that involve message exchanges. While the Developer Services host the web portal access for developers who are configuring requirements and monitoring usage.

MessageXchange.com is a multi-tenanted B2B integration service where a customer can have one or more tenancies. Each tenancy can be designed for a particular purpose. For example, a tenancy can be configured for a customer with the message types, mappings and protocols to act as a gateway for sending and receiving messages with Trading Partners.

A tenancy can have any number of message types, processes and other design components and can handle any volume of messages. The design configurations and logged messages of a tenancy are securely segregated from the tenancies of other customers. Access to a tenancy is controlled by Log In name, password and access privileges.
