Data Processing Plans for B2B Integration

Customers can select and purchase a monthly data processing plan (e.g. 100 Mbytes per month) to meet all their B2B integration processing services needs. A plan entitles a customer to use up to an amount of data processing every month. The price of a plan varies according to the amount of data processing allocated and there are plans to suit all sizes of customers and usage. Please contact us for more information.

A customer's monthly data processing amount is calculated by summing the data size of messages that are (1) Sent and Received, (2) Handled by a Business Process, and (3) Processed for Business Intelligence on their behalf. If a customer does not use the business process or business intelligence functionality then there is no additional usage.

This means customers only pay for what-they-use when-they-need-it.

Business Service Plans

Customers can optionally select and purchase a Business Service for a monthly flat fee. This entitles the customer to use the service during that month. For example, a customer can register for the Web Forms business service to receive Orders and send Order Responses, ASN's and Invoices with retail hub trading communities. Some Business Services have a unit based monthly flat fee. In this case, the monthly flat fee applies to the number of units requested and used by the customer for the month.

Promotions

From time to time, special offers and discounts are made available to customers. For example, these are often linked with the on-ramping of trading community members to encourage take-up of the service. To receive a special offer or discount, you must enter the Promotion Code when selecting your Plan or Business Service. Please contact us to check whether you qualify for a promotion. eVision reserves all rights in determining a customer's entitlement to a special offer or discount associated with a promotion.

Pre-paid Credits for Data Processing

Irregular and low usage customers can purchase pre-paid processing credits. Each customer including developers can use up to 10 free credits of Processing Services each month.

A credit equates to 10 Kbyte of data processing. This means processing twenty (20) 5Kbyte messages will use 10 credits. And, 100 credits equates to processing 200 messages where the average size is 5Kbytes or 1Mbyte of data processing. Of course, processing credits can be used for business processes and business intelligence.

Usage is calculated from the total processing within the tenancies owned by the customer. For customers with usage below 10 credits per month, the service is free. For customers with higher monthly usage requirements, pre-paid plans can be purchased to ensure sufficient processing capacity is available. A customer can purchase a pre-paid plan at anytime.

Alternatively, customers with consistently high usage can contact us for a flat rate monthly plan tailored to their usage requirements.
